AIRPORT SERVICE

• Domestic Arrivals: Waiting charges may be applied 45 mins after flight arrival

• International arrival: Waiting charges may be applied 60 mins after flight arrival

• Additional Waiting Time: Hourly rate of selected vehicle in 15 minutes segments

REGULAR SERVICE

• Residential, Office or Other: First 15 minutes are free

• Additional Waiting Time: Hourly rate of selected vehicle in 30 minutes segments

 

CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS

Cancellations

• No charge if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to day of service

• 50% fee if cancelled 25 to 48 hours prior to day of service

• 100% fee if cancelled 24 hours or less

• “No Show” will be charged in full

Modifications/Changes

• Certain additional fees may be accrued for changes that are not communicated within a reasonable time frame

• Last minute flight changes must be called in and confirmed with our office receptionist
